KIDS SPEAK OUT!

All young people can compete in the Optimist Oratorical Contest. The “Kids Speak Out” contest is a “pre-Oratorical” program that provides more equitable competition for younger speakers who are in elementary school (8-11 years old). The real test of this program is not who wins, but rather providing the opportunity for boys and girls to gain experience in speaking to an audience.

• Time:  Contestants will be told what time to arrive
• Location:  Poudre Valley REA, 7649 REA Pkwy Windsor CO 80528 (address may also show up as Fort Collins 80528).  
  • This is located in the southeast corner of HWY 392 and Fairgrounds Pkwy (LCR 5).
